Arrival time

Check-in time is from 2.00pm. Check out time is 10.00am.

Payment

Please note for credit card payments, your statement will read ‘Bradkart Pty Ltd’. Credit cards will be charged 3 days prior to your stay. Deposits may be taken at the time of booking at the discretion of management.

Smoking and cleaning

Merlot Verdelho Residences endorses a strict NO SMOKING policy inside the luxury townhouses. Merlot Verdelho reserves the right to charge each occupant a cleaning fee on top of the nightly rate if smoking has occurred in the townhouses. The property is to be left in a clean and neat fashion. If cleaners have to spend excess time cleaning after your stay, you will be charged accordingly. i.e. doing dishes, collecting rubbish, putting items away.

Pets

Merlot Verdelho does not accommodate pets.

Breakfast & other extras

We provide continental breakfast supplies for guests who book direct via our website or over the phone. Breakfast supplies are NOT provided for guests who book via a third party booking site. Cooked breakfast is available for $18.00 per person per day. A bottle of Coonawarra wine and premium chocolates on arrival is available for $30.00. A cheese platter is available for $50.

Children

Children are welcome but must be strictly supervised at all times. As this is a luxury property, any damage caused during your stay at Merlot Verdelho will be charged to your credit card. Baby cot and high chair are available to hire for $15 per night. Extra bed available for hire $40 per night.

Internet

Complimentary Wi-Fi is available. Please see in house compendiums upon check-in for further details and passwords.

Minimum stay requirements

3 nights over the Easter period

2 nights over the Christmas period and Coonawarra Cabernet Weekend

2 nights long weekends, public holidays, Penola Festival, Coonawarra Vignerons Cup, New Year period and other special events.

Minimum night bookings are subject to the discretion of the Management in the event of special event Weekends/dates.

Payment policy

The property may take a deposit at the time of booking with full payment due up to 5 days prior to check-in.

Cancellation policy

Cancellation & booking amendments within 14 days of arrival or over long weekends, Easter, Christmas, and peak periods will be charged a full fee. Cancellations or amendments prior to 14 days before check-in will incur a $100.00 administration fee. Cancellations or amendments will only be accepted through phone on 0456 624 918 or 0438339729 (messages left on answering machines will not be accepted).

Gift vouchers

Gift vouchers are available for purchase
