Walking distance to all in the town. Comfortable, affordable modest nightly or weekly accommodation.  Ideal for families.

$135.00 per couple per night.

$150.00 per night for up to 4 people, $15.00 per person extra. 

If staying 3 nights or more, the rate is $130.00 per night for up to 4 people. (discount excludes long weekends/public holidays)

Weekly rates are also available, $900 total for up to 4 people.

Cancellation

The Deposit is refundable, less $50.00 administration levy, if we are able to rebook the accommodation. If rebooking of Queen St Apartments is unsuccessful , there will be no refunds and you will be charged. Cancellations will only be accepted through phone contact on 0413 512 559 or 08-87373035 (messages left on answering machines will not be accepted).

Check In Time is from 2.00pm

Check Out Time is 10.00am

Smoking & Cleaning

Queen St Apartments endorses a strictly NO SMOKING policy inside the apartments.  Queen St Apartments reserves the right to charge each occupant a cleaning fee on top of the nightly rate, if smoking has occurred in the apartments.  The property is to be left is a clean and neat fashion, if the cleaner has to be spend excess time cleaning after your stay, you will be charged accordingly. i.e. doing dishes, collecting rubbish, putting items away.

Pets

Unfortunately Queen St Apartments cannot accommodate pets.

Minimum Night Bookings

4 nights over Christmas Period

4 nights over Easter Period

3 nights long weekends, Penola Festival, Coonawarra Cabernet Weekend and other special events.

2 nights over Coonawarra Vignerons Cup, New Year Period.

Minimum night bookings are subject to the discretion of the Management in the event of special event Weekends.
